How it works

Vertical in establishment, horizontal in espalier — surface determines grip and training

In vineyard establishment, insert the rod vertically into the soil beside young vines, where the corrugated surface supports natural cling as the vine climbs upward. In espalier systems, mount rods horizontally to guide lateral branch training, shaping the wall-form canopy geometry as the branches grow into it.
