Sets form faces to line
The brace moves a form face in or out and then holds it on line and plumb while the concrete is placed.

Axle Stand & Turnbuckle Aligner
Turnbuckle Form Aligner is an adjustable brace that pushes and pulls concrete formwork into line. One end fixes to the form and the other to a stake or the ground, and turning the turnbuckle between them moves the form face until it is plumb and straight. Aligners are made to order to suit the forms they work with: request a quote with the fixing details, quantity and finish.
At a glance
The brace moves a form face in or out and then holds it on line and plumb while the concrete is placed.
Left- and right-hand threads meet in a turnbuckle body. A bracket on one end fixes to the form, and a punched square leg on the other takes a stake.
Bracket, leg and fixing holes follow the form panels and stakes the aligner is used with.
With both ends fixed, turning the turnbuckle one way lengthens the brace and pushes the form out; turning it the other way pulls it back. The crew checks the face with a level or string line, adjusts, and leaves the brace in place through the pour.
Common applications
Wall and footing forms are braced along their length so the face stays straight as concrete rises.
Long runs of edge forms are trued to the string line before paving concrete goes in.
Slab edges are held to line and level at each brace point along the perimeter.
